Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress who is also a published author. She made a name for herself acting in TV, beginning with morning soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977 in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her acting career as a daytime soap. Between 1995 and 1997, she starred as Linda Soto on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. The role was a part of Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera on CBS between 1999 and 2000, as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she appeared in an unimportant role of Girl 6 and then went on to appear in New York Undercover. Navedo played on Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo was the character the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC series Law & Order from 2001 through 2004. Later he starred as Detective Ana Cordova on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo starred in many other movies including El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo played recurring parts on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to 2013. The Comedy film Superfast! The parody film of The Fast and the Furious series came out in the year 2015. Navedo first started her career as a professional actor on daytime dramas. She was in Linda Soto, the ABC soap show One Life to Live from 1995 until 1997. She was also cast in Guiding Light, a CBS soap opera with the character Theresa Sandoval. The actress made her debut in the film industry with a part in Girl 6 (1996), and went on to guest on New York Undercover and The District. Navedo was in Double Take (2001), an action-packed comedy.
